❤ The artist has the right to refuse the commission if they feel uncomfortable working on the requested subject.❤ Payments must either be paid directly or after the initial sketch. MOP (method of payment) will always be through Paypal invoices for both the client and artist's verification and protection.❤ Refunds are prohibited after the initial sketch has been approved and has been paid for.❤ The commissioned work is for personal use. The use for profit or commercial use must be consulted with the artist beforehand. Mass production is strictly prohibited.❤ The client is not allowed to claim that the commissioned work is of their own creation. In the case of comics where the client has provided the script or concept, the client is not allowed to claim the creation of the artwork.❤ The removal of the artist’s watermarks or signature is strictly prohibited.❤ Edits at specific stages such as sketch and line art can be easily fixed for free, any modifications after that will need to be charged.❤ Work-in-progress (WIP) images are not to be shared publicly and will always contain a watermark. Removal of this watermark is prohibited.❤ Unless the client specified not to, the artist has the right to post the commissioned work on their social media accounts, should they wish to do so.❤ The artist has the right to use the commissioned work in their portfolio, should they wish to do so.❤ If the client wishes to upload the commissioned work themselves, please link it back to the artist’s social media accounts.
